SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU
Stapf sends the goods free of charge within the EU with the reliable logistics partner DHL.

SHIPPING WITH DHL EXPRESS
On request, Stapf will also be happy to send the goods using the DHL Express shipping method. The shipping costs for this shipping method are €4.95.

SHIPPING TIME
Please refer to the respective product detail pages for the delivery time. If, exceptionally, longer delivery times arise, you as the customer will be notified by e-mail.

AVAILABILITY
You can find information about availability on the product detail pages. Please note that we display our item availability live; however, it can always happen that a customer in the fashion house is just carrying the last item to the checkout. In exceptional cases, there may be slight deviations. In this case you will be informed immediately by us.
