Shipping is free for you within the EU. Your order will be prepared within 1–2 days and will arrive within 2–5 business days.

▪️ Warranty and Stapf Care

Our goal is for you to enjoy your Stapf product for a long time. That’s why we offer an extended 3-year warranty on all items. If defects occur during this time, we will repair your garment free of charge – regardless of where it was purchased.

With Stapf Care, you can extend this warranty with a service for ongoing care: For an item from the last three years, you can purchase a Care voucher and send it in once a year. We gently remove pilling and take care of minor repairs so your piece looks like new again.

If larger repairs are necessary beyond that, we will inform you in advance with a cost estimate. You then simply decide whether the repair should be carried out.

▪️ Exchange and Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Within the EU, a return shipping fee of €5 applies. If you want to exchange an item, the return shipping is free for you.

▪️Return within the EU

Simply register your return via our returns portal and download your return label as a PDF. Print it out, stick it visibly on your package, and drop it off at a collection point. Once your return has arrived with us, we will refund the amount. Please only send back complete, clean, and undamaged goods.

▪️ Return outside the EU

If you live outside the EU, please send your return independently and at your own expense with a shipping service provider of your choice to the following address:
