Shipping costs to Austria & Germany are free for orders over €150.

Warranty and Stapf Care

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. For this, we offer a 3-year warranty. If defects occur within this period, we will repair them free of charge, regardless of whether the item was purchased directly from us or not.

Exchange and Return

If you want to send something back to us, you have 30 days to do so. A fee of €5 will be charged for the return shipping. However, if the size does not fit, we will exchange the item free of charge. 

Germany and Austria

Simply download the return label from our return portal. Stick it visibly on your well-sealed package and drop it off at the collection point. As soon as we receive your package, you will get your money back. We kindly ask you to return your goods only if they are complete, clean, and undamaged. Thank you very much!

If you live in another country, please send your return at your own expense with a logistics provider of your choice to the following address:
