Materials, Fit & Care
At Stapf, we use high-quality natural materials such as fine merino, sturdy Shetland, and soft lambswool, as well as certified organic cotton and alpaca. They offer the highest wearing comfort, are breathable and durable – the foundation of our timeless designs.
Walk is made from entangled wool that gains its characteristic texture through controlled felting. It retains the natural elasticity of the knit while being wind-resistant, shape-retaining, and temperature-regulating, making it wearable all year round.
Use our free size and style consultation via WhatsApp. We personally assist you in choosing the right size, fit, and model.
Our fits are designed to be timeless and comfortable, with most models running true to size. Detailed information can be found directly on the respective product under “Find my size.”
Wool is naturally easy to care for and often refreshes simply by airing. If needed, we recommend gentle hand washing or the wool program at a low temperature. Please always follow the care instructions on the label.

Service & Warranty
We offer a 3-year warranty on our products. If defects occur within this period, we will repair your Stapf piece free of charge – regardless of where it was purchased.
With our 3-year warranty, we want to help you enjoy your STAPF piece for as long as possible. That’s why we cover repairs for damages such as holes, opened seams, missing buttons, as well as normal wear and tear that can occur over time. Our goal is to preserve your garment rather than replace it.
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper use or treatment that does not follow the care instructions. This includes, for example, garments that have shrunk, become misshapen, or damaged due to incorrect washing, drying, or care. Please always follow the care instructions on the care label or the care tips on our Stapf Care page.
With the Stapf Care voucher, you give your Stapf product a fresh new look. The voucher is valid for one item that you purchased within the last three years. You can send us your garment once a year indefinitely, and we will gently remove pilling and take care of minor repairs.

Order, Shipping & Return
No, you can also order without a customer account. However, for a more convenient experience, we recommend creating an account – this way you have access to your orders, addresses, and shipment tracking at any time.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Use our returns portal to download your return label.
Shipping is free for you within the EU. If you return an item, we charge a return fee of €5. Returns outside the EU are handled independently and at your own expense. If you want to exchange an item, the return shipping is free for you.
Yes, after shipping you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link. If it does not arrive, please feel free to contact our customer service.
